No email address
We do a great deal by email. Ask whether a friend or family member has one we could use, and whether they are happy for us to contact them.
3 The property
Where the work would be done.
Can’t find an address? Try to find it on Royal Mail and then look it up again. If you have to manually enter an address, you must find its UPRN here.
Manual address
A Site without a UPRN cannot be matched to an EPC, to planning data or to OS building data, and nothing joins up afterwards. Use this only when the lookup genuinely cannot find the property.
Ownership
Leasehold and shared ownership usually need someone else's consent for external work.
4 Anyone else involved
Leave anything blank they don't have to hand. It gets flagged for chasing, not lost.
